FABWRIGHT, INC. ONE YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY

FABWRIGHT, INC., hereinafter referred to as "F.W.I.", warrants to the original purchaser of F.W.I. products and all parts thereof, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, excluding normal wear items: blocks, knives, seals and gaskets. Its obligation under this warranty shall be limited to labor and part or parts for repairing or replacing any part or parts of said products which proves thus defective, and which F.W.I's examination discloses to its satisfaction to be thus defective within one year from the date of original shipment, F.O.B. factory date of shipment.. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and of all obligations or liabilities on the part of F.W.I. and it neither assumes or authorizes any person to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with the sales of said products, or any part thereof. This warranty shall not apply to said products or any part thereof, which has been subject to any accident, alteration, abuse or misuse, or to any damage caused by fire, electrical or water failure, flood, any act of God, or failure to follow operating instructions. The term "Original Purchaser" as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean the person, firm, association, or corporation for whom the products are originally installed.
